Description
The ARKA myAqua Multifilter 4.000 ml is a passive, individually fillable filter unit for aquaristics. The 4.000 ml housing can be filled with different filter materials such as activated carbon, absorbents or mixed bed resins as required. The highlight is the individual usability. With the 1 inch to 0,75 inch, and 0,75 inch to 0,25-inch adapters for the water inlet and outlet included, the myAqua Multifilter can be used as a downstream resin filter on reverse osmosis systems. Thanks to the distribution of the filter media and the refillable inner cartridge supplied, a use as universal filter is also possible. Additionally, the cartridge has built-in fine filters on both sides, which prevent suspended matter or parts of the filter material from getting back into the aquarium from the internal filter. In addition, two further filter sponges are included, which can be placed accordingly depending on the material used and the filling quantity.
The housing is made of food-safe and high-strength polypropylene, which enables a pressure resistance of up to 28 bar. The standardised size of 20 x 4.5 inches (50.8 x 11.43 cm) allows the use of a variety of different internal cartridges and makes the system more flexible.
