Description

The Flow Heater 2.0 from Aquael is an innovative aquarium heater equipped with Smart Heating System (SHS) technology. This intelligent power selection technology adjusts the heating power to the size of the aquarium and the prevailing conditions to ensure even and stress-free operation for the inhabitants. For safety and comfort, electronic temperature sensors protect the aquarium from overheating. If the water flow is interrupted, the device switches off automatically. The heaters are manufactured according to strict European safety standards, which guarantees safe operation and maintenance. Each device is tested and calibrated in the Aquael laboratory. The current water temperature and the water temperature programmed by the aquarist can be conveniently read on an LED display. The Flow Heater works with an accuracy of ±0.5 °C in the range from 20 to 33 °C and is easy to operate thanks to the one-touch system, whereby the operating temperature is set at the touch of a button. Mounted outside the aquarium, the Flow Heater not only saves space inside the aquarium, but also allows a more flexible aquascape design. Its placement on the outlet hose of the external filter ensures even distribution of the heated water throughout the entire tank. The heaters can be used universally and are available in two models with 300 and 500 watts, which are designed for different aquarium sizes. They fit hoses with a diameter of 16/22 mm or 19/25 mm and are suitable for both freshwater and saltwater aquariums.
