Description
This variant of the time-tested Cryptocoryne wendtii was selected from C. wendtii 'Mi Oya' in 2006 by Florida Aquatic Nurseries, and it has been available in trade since 2009. It is also available under the name Cryptocoryne sp. 'Sunset'. Unique as it is very colourful: pink to white and golden yellow hues, interspersed with green. No two plants of this variant are th same, so a group of them will create a combination of many different colours. C. wendtii 'Florida Sunset' is as undemanding as its parent form, however, the colours are brighter under medium to strong light.
