Colouring

All Dennerle Quartz gravel types are coloured exclusively with natural or nature-identical iron oxides. These pigments provide a long-lasting, color-stable, and natural appearance that does not fade even under intense lighting or CO₂ fertilization. Our iron oxides are not water-soluble under normal aquarium conditions and are completely safe for all aquarium inhabitants.
