Description

Dragon wood is an unusual decorative wood for aquariums that is characterised by its unique perforated structure. The holes, some of which are superficial and some of which are continuous, create an impressive lightness that forms a fascinating contrast to the solid nature of the wood. This special combination gives the dragon wood its unmistakable aesthetics and makes it a real eye-catcher in any aquarium. Due to its structure and natural appearance, dragon wood contributes to the creation of a natural and dynamic underwater landscape.

Each piece is absolutely unique. The goods are already assembled when they arrive at Aquasabi, so we have no influence on the choice of mould and the exact dimensions. The sets cannot be opened and altered. The photos serve as an example. The included roots vary in shape and size as shown in the table.

The wood is not pre-watered, which is why the time it takes for the individual pieces to sink varies. In addition, dragon wood is very light due to its perforated structure and sinks only partially without permanent weighting.

Roots are natural products, so they may cause the water to turn brown to varying degrees. However, this brown discoloration can be easily filtered out with products such as Seachem Purigen.
