Description

The Dupla Turbo Skim 350 is a sophisticated aquarium skimmer that has been specially developed for efficient cleaning of the water surface in aquariums with a volume of up to 350 litres. Thanks to the sophisticated filter design and the Turbo Skim Floating unit, it reliably removes film and other impurities from the water surface. The adjustable pump output enables customised adjustment to the needs of the aquarium, resulting in a crystal-clear water surface. In addition, the skimmer enriches the aquarium water with oxygen without significantly reducing the CO₂ content, which supports the well-being of the aquarium inhabitants. Product Safety Notes

Caution: Risk of electricity

Warning notes:

To prevent injury and electric shock, basic safety precautions should be observed.
We recommend using a residual-current device (RCD) with a rated residual current of no more than 30 mA for all electrical aquarium devices. Disconnect all devices in case of a leakage or if the RCD trips.
Since aquarium filters come into contact with water, caution is necessary to avoid electric shocks. If a malfunction occurs, do not repair the device yourself. Have it inspected by a professional or dispose of it.
If the socket or plug is wet, never pull the plug. First, turn off the circuit, then remove the plug and inspect it.

General notes:

Read and follow all safety instructions!
If using a power strip, it must be placed above the filter’s power connection.
The aquarium and device should be arranged so that no water splashes onto sockets or plugs. A drip loop on the power cord is recommended.
The device should only be used for its intended purpose. Using unapproved accessories can be dangerous.
The device must not be operated or stored in frost-prone areas.
Keep this manual handy and in a safe place!

Handling notes:

This device can be used by children aged 8 and above or persons with reduced capabilities if they are supervised and instructed.
Disconnect the device from the power supply when not in use. Always pull the plug by the housing, not the cord.
Disconnect all devices in the aquarium from the power supply before performing any work or cleaning.
Never immerse the plug or cord in water or other liquids.
This device must not be used with liquids warmer than 35°C.
Never operate the device without water flow or while dry.
Ensure safe installation of the device before use.
The device’s cord cannot be replaced. If the cord is damaged, the device must not be used further.
