Description
The filters of the Eheim professionel 5e series are amoung the best Eheim has to offer. They are particularly appealing due to their extended cleaning intervals and their ability to be programmed wirelessly.
To support the cleaning process it is possible to state an e-mail address, to where cleaning advices are sent. In addition, there is a directly accessible pre filter under the pump head, which allows for cleaning of mechanical stains without interfeering with the sensitive bio-filter media.
As usual for Eheim, these filters are of high quality and run very quietly through wear-free ceramic axis with ceramic bearing.
The Eheim professionel 5e series consists of four models, which are fitting for aquariums from 180 l - 700 l. One of the filters is the 600T, which is a thermofilter with an integrated heater.
Special as well is the 350 model, because it contains all the necessary filter media and its filter function can be extended via the built-in Xtender.

Scope of delivery
The scope of delivery consists of 3 filter baskets, filter mat and fleece. Likewise, the installation material for the pressure and suction side, the EHEIM quality hose with Ø 16/22, as well as the power supply (24 V DC) is included in the EHEIM professionel 5e.

Really nice filter with lots of space for filter media. A bit of a mess when it comes to the WiFi connection though. (read more)
