Description
The Filter Sponge / Intake Protector is an essential safety precaution for aquariums that harbour small and sensitive inhabitants such as baby shrimps, snails and nano fish. This fine-pored intake guard is attached to the inlet of external filters to prevent young animals and small creatures from being drawn into the filter. It also effectively prevents plant debris or other particles from clogging the filter inlet. This item is particularly valuable in aquascaping and in the breeding of shrimps and fish, as it ensures the safety of the smallest aquarium inhabitants and optimises the filter function at the same time.
