Floragard's special soil for carnivorous plants is a specially developed, ready-to-use soil, ideal for potting and repotting demanding carnivores such as Venus flytraps, sundews, and trumpet plants. This special soil is completely fertiliser-free and consists of natural raw materials that provide optimal conditions for healthy plant growth. The acidic pH value of the soil is perfectly adjusted to the needs of these bog plants, fulfilling their specific requirements.

The selected, structure-stable peat qualities ensure a balanced water balance and prevent the formation of waterlogging due to their properties. The addition of perlite increases the air capacity of the soil, promoting air circulation and preventing harmful root rot. The wetting agent Aqua-Plus improves the soil's water absorption and release, ensuring that the plants are always optimally supplied with moisture.
