Description
Fluval Stratum ist ein mineralstoffreiches Substrat für die Süßwasseraquaristik, welches gleichwohl für reine Pflanzenaquarien als auch für Garnelenbecken geeignet ist. Es stammt von der Hügellandschaft des Vulkans Aso in Japan und verfügt über viele verschiedene, für das Pflanzenwachstum notwendige Mineralstoffe.
Das Substrat fördert das Wachstum der Pflanzen, indem es die wichtigen Nährstoffe direkt an den Pflanzenwurzeln zur Verfügung stellt. Zusätzlich bietet die Art der unverdichteten, porösen Körnung dieses Substrates nützlichen Bakterien eine große Fläche zur Besiedelung und trägt somit indirekt auch zur verbesserten biologischen Qualität des Aquarienwassers bei.
Durch seine Eigenschaften senkt Fluval Stratum den pH-Wert des Wassers leicht, weshalb sein Einsatz ideal für die meisten Pflanzen- und tropischen Fischarten sowie Garnelen ist.
Das dunkelbraune Substrat verfärbt das Aquarienwasser nicht und trägt durch seine poröse Struktur sogar dazu bei, organische Verfärbungen - etwa durch Treibholz - zu vermindern. Fluval Stratum ist in drei unterschiedlichen Gebindegrößen erhältlich.

I love it! Totally recommend it. I use it for plants, cuttings, and its caviar for them. My plants grow roots so fast. Miraculous!
