Description
The Hobby Artemia Breeder enables the uncomplicated hatching of Artemia nauplii with minimal effort. Thanks to the special design, the Artemia eggs and nauplii are gently swirled, preventing them from settling in dead corners. This leads to a high and optimal hatching yield. At a temperature of 24°C, the nauplii, as young Artemia are called, hatch after around 24 to 36 hours. At 20°C, hatching takes place after 30 to 40 hours. An integrated egg separator reliably separates empty egg shells from the nauplii, which settle at the bottom of the Breeder and can be easily removed with the food pipette via the lid opening. A separately available aquarium air pump is required to operate the Artemia Breeder.
