Description
The Hobby Hygro-Plus is used to increase the air and substrate humidity in a terrarium. The moist mist protects the plants from drying out and covers the liquid requirement. The water is atomised into mist using ultrasound technology. The fogger switches off automatically when the water level is below 45 mm.

Application
The Hobby Hygro-Plus is placed in a water container in the terrarium. The water level control sensor should be 5 - 30 mm below the water surface. The fogger atomises about 150 - 200 ml of water per hour of operation. When the minimum level is reached, the unit switches off automatically.
Product Safety Notes
Warning notes:
- Do not place body parts, such as fingers, in the water fountain of the fogging device. Position the device in the terrarium so that animals cannot come into contact with the water fountain.
- We do not accept liability for damage to plants and animals resulting from non-compliance with safety regulations.
General notes:
- Use only clean rainwater, demineralised water, or deionised water (e.g., from a reverse osmosis system) to fill the water reservoir. Hard tap water can quickly clog the ultrasonic membrane.
- Change the water regularly to prevent diseases caused by bacterial contamination.
- The Hygro-Plus must only be operated in terrariums or rooms with the supplied original power adapter.
- The power adapter must be kept dry under all circumstances.
- If the Hygro-Plus, the power cable, or the power adapter show mechanical damage, the device must no longer be used.
- Ensure that no water-sensitive objects are placed within 30 cm of the Hygro-Plus, as occasional water splashes may occur.
- Use only original replacement parts from HOBBY TERRARISTIK.
Handling notes:
- Unplug the power adapter before touching or removing the Hygro-Plus.
- Unplug the power adapter if the Hygro-Plus will not be in use for an extended period.
- Do not operate the fogger continuously for more than 8 hours.
