Description
Horn capsules are dark brown, hard-shelled capsule fruits of a brasilian tree of the Cariniana genus. Due to its elongated cylindrical shape they are accepted gladly as hiding place by shrimps especially during moulting. Horn capsules are a fancy detail and offer you ample opportunities for your aquarium design. Planting of the capsule is possible, aswell.

Usage
Before putting the horn capsules to the aquarium, you should water them properly or weight them, e.g. by a stone. Otherwise they might float in the beginning.
