Description

The JBL LED Solar Effect is used to extend a main light and is the RGB upgrade for the JBL LED Solar Natur. In combination, dramatic moments and weather effects such as thunderstorms, sunrises and sunsets can be vividly simulated. By means of the included cable switch, the RGB lamp can be integrated into the existing setup in just a few moments. The retrofit kit allows installation in the base of the old T5 or T8 fluorescent tubes. The lamp can be dimmed in 7 steps via the remote control supplied.

The lamps can also be expanded with the JBL LED Solar Control, which can be controlled from a smartphone via an app. This makes it possible to realise light values for different biotopes including rainy season, clouds and thunderstorms.

The photosynthetic efficiency of this luminaire is more than 1,2 µmol/y and/or at least 25% of its total radiant power of the range 250 - 800 nm is in the range between 700 and 800 nm. Therefore, it is very well suited for plant growth in aquaria.
