Description

The Oase Carbon Performance is a high-quality activated carbon filter medium in pellet form, specifically designed for the effective purification of aquarium water. With a pellet size of 5 to 10 mm and an optimised pore structure, it efficiently absorbs organic substances, odours, and colourants. Thanks to its high density, the filter material remains effective for longer compared to conventional activated carbon. It is ideal for the long-term removal of medicinal residues and for improving water quality. Regular replacement is recommended to maintain optimal filtration performance.

Notes

To ensure continuous filtration performance, the medium should be replaced at least every four weeks. Do not leave it in the filter permanently to prevent the re-release of bound substances.

Usage

Rinse the filter material thoroughly with water before first use to remove any dust or residues. Then place it in the designated filter basket.
