Description

The AQI Intense LED from SKYLIGHT is the perfect lighting for aquascapes with many aquatic plants. Instead of the usual three colour spectra (green, blue and red), the RGB LED has four colour tones. In addition to the usual red tone, there is another red, a deep and wide red in the spectral range of 700 nm. This range is highly important for the plant, so the growth of the aquatic plant can be promoted optimally. In addition, the LED provides intensive colours and thus makes the entire aquascape shine.

Lightspectrum AQI Intense

With the included SKYLIGHT AQCT-1 Controller not only the brightness can be adjusted individually, but the colours can also be set up perfectly to suit the habitat in the aquarium. This gives the aquarist the opportunity to create ideal conditions for the tank they have set up.

With the optionally available Skylight-Timer, the lamps of the AQI Intense series can be programmed additionally , dimmed and varied in colour temperature. Individual daylight sequences, gentle fading up and down can also be realised.

The shapely and slim housing of the AQI Intense was cut to size using a laser process and offers precision and quality in assembly. Due to the multiple protective coatings that seal the lamp housing, the AQI gives the impression of being cast from a single mould. The luminaire does not need a frame to hold the upper and lower parts together and is, therefore, extremely flat. Thanks to the transparent acrylic holders, the AQI Intense LED appears to float above the tank. For those who prefer to hang the AQI Intense LED, the SKYLIGHT AQI Intense Pendant offers that option. Aquariums with a length of up to 90 cm can be optimally and individually illuminated with the LED thanks to 3 different lamp sizes.

Note

The LED housing is splash-proof and can therefore be operated above open aquariums without hesitation. The lamps are not suitable for operation under an aquarium cover.
