Description

The Plant Growth System Nano offers an elegant solution for precise CO₂ dosing in small aquariums. CO₂ injection promotes plant growth and enhances the plants' colour development.

This item is sold as B-stock. The packaging of the item is damaged.

Application

Ensure that the regulator is fully closed to begin with.
Attach the regulator to the CO₂ cartridge. (Since it contains pressurised gas, it is advisable to protect your hands with an oven glove or towel.)
Fill the diffuser chamber with water.
Place the cartridge in the stand, slide the suction cups onto the tubing, and connect the tubing to both the regulator and the diffuser.
Attach the diffuser near the bottom of the aquarium using the suction cups, and position the tubing in the back corner.
Leave the diffuser in the aquarium for 24 hours to ensure the ceramic disc is fully saturated.
Carefully open the regulator and count the number of bubbles per minute in the diffuser chamber.
After 5 minutes, adjust the setting and repeat until the desired bubble count per minute is reached. (A table for recommended CO₂ concentration in the water can be used for guidance.)

Symptoms include headaches, nausea, and vomiting, and it may cause unconsciousness.
