Description
These walnut leaves come from the mixed forests and their edges in the northern Black Forest in southwestern Germany. They are collected immediately after the first autumn storms and then carefully dried, thereby ensuring optimum quality. Autumn leaves of the walnut provide a good alternation in the diet of shrimps. They are popular with all aquarists who like to add natural products to the feed. Additionally, walnut leaves have the same effect as Sea-almond (Terminalia catappa) leaves, but in weakened form - one of the reasons why they are very popular with shrimp keepers.
