Description
The ADA CO2 Twist Counter is a high-quality glass bubble counter that has been specially developed for larger aquariums and is compatible with Pollen Glass Large and Pollen Glass Beetle. Thanks to its innovative spiral structure, even larger CO2 bubbles can be counted effortlessly, making it ideal for aquariums with a high CO2 requirement.
The rising, spiral-shaped bubbles not only allow precise control of the CO2 supply, but also add an aesthetic touch to the aquarium. A separate non-return valve is included and provides reliable protection against backflow. With its stylish design and outstanding functionality, the Twist Counter combines practicality and elegance.

Application
- Fill the bubble counter with water
- Use tubing to connect the CO2 supplying system with the check valve
- Connect the check valve to the lower part of the bubble counter (the check valve should be rather close to the bubble counter)
- Connect the outflow of the bubble counter with the CO2 diffuser or reactor
Installation order
- CO2 Bottle
- Solenoid valve (if available)
- CO2 proof check valve (to protect the CO2 system)
- Check valve (optional ADA CO2 Cabochon Ruby)
- Bubble counter
- Diffuser
It is recommended to use a suitable hose for connecting glassware. Soft hoses reduce the risk of glass breakage when connecting. The piece of tubing used should be kept as short as possible to avoid unnecessary CO2 losses.
Silicone hoses are not pressure-resistant and therefore cannot be used for the connection to the pressure reducer.
