Description

The ADA Glass Bubble Counter is a handmade CO₂ bubble counter made of glass that enables precise dosing using the simple bubble counting method. With a counting capacity of up to 5 bubbles per second and an integrated non-return valve, it ensures an optimal CO₂ supply in combination with the Pollen Glass. Its minimalist design blends harmoniously into any aquarium and offers easy handling even for beginners. The ADA Glass Bubble Counter was specially developed for smaller aquariums up to 60 cm. Thanks to its unobtrusive design, however, it is also ideal as a bubble counter in larger aquariums.

Application

Fill the bubble counter with water
Use tubing to connect the CO₂ supplying system with the check valve
Connect the check valve to the lower part of the bubble counter (the check valve should be rather close to the bubble counter)
Connect the outflow of the bubble counter with the CO₂ diffuser or reactor

It is recommended to use a suitable hose for connecting glassware. Soft hoses reduce the risk of glass breakage when connecting. The piece of tubing used should be kept as short as possible to avoid unnecessary CO₂ losses.
Silicone hoses are not pressure-resistant and therefore cannot be used for the connection to the pressure reducer.
