In medium light, Ferts and no CO2 (only Seachem Excel) it has been able to stay alive and not melt, but it is not propagating at all. I think it requires real CO2 to do well. (read more)
When using CO2, plant fertilizer and good lightning, the cuba grow like crazy. I am absolutely loving it and think it fits very well in a nano tank. (read more)
