Chihiros LED System Series A

This is very strong light, especially for nano aquariums but it comes with a dimmer (it’s a must) so you can adjust it.

Using in it on Dennerle nano cube 10lt with my shrimps. Highly recommended!

Bought this light with the Chihiros Commander 1 and its easy to set up and works great. The design is really minimalistic and sleek.

For the price and not having to use a huge external timer is great.

I would go for diy with led striped, but really the price of chichiros is almost the same as i would spend at diy, but its definitely prettier.

The light is strong and i am more than sure its enough for low tech tanks, it may be enough for high tech too, although i am not sure that really demanding plants that need good spectrum will thrive with this light.

Although its 8k Kelvin, it doesnt seem to have a blueish hue, not even faint, its pure white.

It produces heat but its minimal, and it you put it 20-25cm above tank water it probably wont affect water temperature at all.

All in all i am very happy i bought it. I only hoped it had more availability.
